Specific date availabilities

Store's availability start/end date

This is especially useful if your store is selling for a particular event. To set your store's availability, go to Settings > Available dates > Store availability.

For example, if you're selling something for Christmas, you might want to set the day before Christmas as to last possible delivery date. Outside of that period, no dates will be available in the date picker.

Or if you want to start selling only in the new year, you could define an Availability start date:

You can use these two fields together to define an availability period. For example:

Disable dates

If required, you have the ability to disable particular dates. For example, if you're off on holiday or your shop is closed for a period of time: Calendar > Click the "X" sign in the available date box > Click "Save" (top right corner of the screen).

One-off dates

If required, you have the ability to set particular dates available. For example, for a festive event, you could use this to make a particular date available: Calendar > Click the "+" sign in the unavailable date box > Click "Save" (top right corner of the screen).

Batch actions

If you've created Custom Settings and want to enable or disable specific dates and/or time slots, you can use the Batch actions button to bulk edit the availability for all or specific ones.

In the Calendar view, click in the "Batch actions" button:

  1. Select the action you want to perform: Disable date/time slot or Enable date/time slot
  2. Select the Method or methods it will apply to
  3. Select if you want to apply this action to all settings (Default and Custom settings) or specific Custom Settings
  4. Select the date you want to Enable/Disable
  5. Click Apply
  6. If prompted, click Save (top of the screen)
